ALL PRICES GENERATED BY IQ-DASH ARE NON-BINDING ESTIMATES.
Estimates are based on visual analysis assisted by Artificial Intelligence. The Final Price is solely determined by the Service Provider upon physical inspection. Actual costs may vary due to weight, volume, access difficulty, and disposal fees.

1. "As-Is" Service & No Warranty

IQ-Dash provides the platform "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of AI analysis.

We do not warrant that the estimates will match the final invoice, nor do we guarantee the availability or quality of any Service Provider.

2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UTAH LAW, IQ-DASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

3. Prohibited Items (Hazmat)

It is strictly prohibited to request removal of hazardous materials, including but not limited to: Asbestos, Medical Waste, Explosives, Chemicals, Fuel, or Controlled Substances.

Service Providers have the right to refuse any job containing such items. The Customer assumes full liability for any fines, cleanup costs, or legal action resulting from the attempt to dispose of undeclared hazardous materials.

4. Insurance & Licensing

For Service Providers: By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you maintain valid commercial liability insurance and all necessary business licenses required by the State of Utah and local municipalities.

For Customers: IQ-Dash acts as a venue for connection. We do not independently verify the insurance documentation of every provider in real-time. You are encouraged to request proof of insurance directly from the Service Provider before work begins.

5. Payments & Off-Platform Transactions

Payments processed via the App (e.g., Stripe) are secure. IQ-Dash acts as a limited payment agent for the Provider.

Warning on Cash/Venmo: If you choose to pay a Service Provider directly (Cash, Venmo, Zelle) outside of the IQ-Dash platform, IQ-Dash assumes NO LIABILITY for refunds, scams, or disputes arising from that transaction.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQ-Dash Technology LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or (for Service Providers) any damage to property or injury caused during the performance of your services.

7. Communication Consent

By creating an account or requesting a quote, you explicitly consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails regarding your service. You may opt-out by replying STOP.
